The single biggest offer's maximum earning potential disclosed — variable and one-time pay included. One offer can set it, so read it with the median beside it; but it signals the recruiter tier a campus reaches.
Not an outcome — a trust score. Rewards third-party audited reports, multi-year history on file, and disclosure of median and top-quartile numbers. The colleges that don't hide the tail.
