Minimum qualifying cutoff: 80%ile overall, 70%ile sectional (General). Realistic shortlisting: 98.5-99.5%ile for General male engineers. Sectional minimum of 85%ile is a hard filter โ 99.8 overall with 82 in DILR = rejected. Female non-engineers with 96%ile may outrank male engineers at 98%ile due to diversity bonus.
