TL;DR · Quick Summary2 min read

SIBM Pune delivered ₹28.18 LPA average CTC for its MBA Batch 2024-26 (CRP 2025), with a ₹27 LPA median and a ₹74.84 LPA highest. The school secured 132 PPOs across flagship corporate programmes including Accenture TAP, Airtel YLP, Godrej GALLOP, ITC KITES, and Marico STAMP. With 112 recruiters (60 legacy, 52 new) and a ₹13.10 L academic-only fee, the ROI math is among the cleanest at any SNAP-eligible B-school. The honest caveats: it is SNAP-only (no CAT/XAT/GMAT accepted), Finance and HR specialisations trail Marketing by over ₹3.75 LPA, and Year 2 hostel fees are not pre-disclosed.

  • Best for Marketing, Operations, and PPO-conversion seekers at 92–96 SNAP percentile
  • ₹28.18 LPA average; top 10% averaged ₹39.76 LPA (CRP 2025)
  • 132 PPOs secured via named leadership programmes at Accenture, Airtel, Godrej, ITC, Marico, Reliance, Cipla
  • Skip if you can target IIM A/B/C or MDI/XLRI with a strong CAT/XAT score

The number that tells the real story

132. That is the number of Pre-Placement Offers the MBA Batch 2024-26 at SIBM Pune secured before the formal Campus Recruitment Programme even opened. Out of an intake of 240 students, more than half the class effectively had a job offer in hand from a named corporate programme before placement season.

Those 132 PPOs did not come from walk-in companies or undifferentiated mass recruiters. They came via seven structured leadership pipelines: Accenture Talent Accelerator Program, Airtel Young Leaders Program, Cipla ALIVE, Godrej Industries GALLOP, ITC KITES, Marico STAMP, and Reliance Emerging Leadership Program. Each of these is a named, competitive programme. Each runs its own selection process. SIBM Pune students converting 132 of those offers in a single batch is a structural signal about recruiter trust, not a marketing line.

The PPO count is the right lens for reading SIBM Pune. It tells you that the best students, the ones who impressed during internships at India's top conglomerates and FMCG companies, came back with offers. The average of ₹28.18 LPA and the median of ₹27 LPA sit on top of that foundation.

This review breaks down what that means, where the school genuinely excels, where it is structurally weaker, and whether SIBM Pune is the right bet for you in 2026. For the full structured college dossier with every fee line item and faculty detail, the SIBM Pune college page has the complete view.

The verdict, up front

SIBM Pune is the highest-outcome SNAP-only B-school in India by a comfortable margin. The ₹28.18 LPA average for 2024-26 competes with the lower end of the old IIM range, at roughly one-third of the fees. For candidates who have a strong SNAP score and are targeting Marketing, Operations, or PPO-route careers at India's marquee conglomerates, this is not a fallback school. It is a deliberate first choice.

The constraint is real and non-negotiable: SNAP 2025 is the only accepted entrance test. CAT, XAT, GMAT, and every other score are irrelevant here. If your test strategy does not include SNAP, SIBM Pune is not accessible regardless of how strong your other scores are.

The second honest constraint is specialisation heterogeneity. Marketing at ₹29.48 LPA and Finance at ₹25.73 LPA are not the same school for career purposes. Students targeting Investment Banking or Wealth Management roles should understand that the Finance specialisation average trails Marketing by nearly ₹3.75 LPA before they commit.

For candidates whose test and sector profile match, SIBM Pune is one of the clearest career investments in the non-IIM market. For candidates who do not match on either axis, the alternatives section below is the more useful read.

Placements 2025: the cluster, not the average

Quick answers

The summary numbers from CRP 2025 (MBA Batch 2024-26):

MetricCRP 2025
Average CTC₹28.18 LPA
Median CTC₹27.00 LPA
Highest CTC₹74.84 LPA
Top 10% Average₹39.76 LPA
Top 25% Average₹33.84 LPA
Top 50% Average₹29.83 LPA
PPOs Secured132
Total Recruiters112 (60 legacy + 52 new)

The average and median being within ₹1.18 LPA of each other is a good sign. It suggests the distribution is reasonably tight rather than an average inflated by a handful of outlier offers. For a comparison of how these numbers sit against peer schools, our MBA salary breakdown covers the full market context.

The gender gap, stated plainly

Male average: ₹31.27 LPA. Female average: ₹26.65 LPA. Gap: ₹4.62 LPA. This is worth naming directly rather than burying in a table. The female cohort is 33% of the batch. SIBM Pune does not publish a cause breakdown for the gap, and batch composition across specialisations (Marketing is the highest-paid, HR tends to have more female students) likely contributes. Applicants should know the number exists.

The PPO ecosystem is SIBM Pune's defining strength

132 PPOs across seven structured corporate leadership programmes is not replicated at most non-IIM schools. The programmes behind that figure are selectively competitive pipelines, not bulk internship conversions. ITC KITES and Godrej GALLOP have sub-20% offer conversion rates. Marico STAMP and Airtel YLP are similarly selective.

The implication for incoming students is significant. Students who enter with the discipline to convert a top-tier summer internship into a PPO are better served here than almost anywhere outside the top IIMs. The institutional infrastructure, recruiter relationships, and peer culture around PPO-conversion are strong.

For context on how FMCG and conglomerate PPO pipelines compare with consulting-heavy schools, our post on MBA specialisations and salaries maps the recruiter clusters.

New recruiters in 2025 are a signal worth noting

52 of 112 recruiters were new to SIBM Pune's placement process in CRP 2025. Named new entrants include Alvarez & Marsal, Apple India, BNY Mellon, SAP Labs India, HCLSoftware, HCLTech, JSW Paints, Nayara Energy, and Wipro Consulting. The arrival of Alvarez & Marsal (a Tier 1 restructuring and management consulting firm) and Apple India in the same cycle is a meaningful upgrade signal. Neither recruits at average B-schools.

Specialisation-wise placement averages

SpecialisationAverage CTC (CRP 2025)
Marketing₹29.48 LPA
Operations & Supply Chain Management₹27.41 LPA
Human Resources₹26.09 LPA
Finance₹25.73 LPA
Data AnalyticsNot separately published

Marketing leads. The roles that contributed to that number include Consumer Marketing, Product Management, Business Consultant, and Sales and Marketing functions across FMCG, Automotive, and BFSI recruiters. Students with a clear Marketing targeting strategy, particularly those who maximise internship conversion via ITC KITES or Marico STAMP, will find SIBM Pune among the best non-IIM platforms for consumer-facing careers.

Operations and SCM at ₹27.41 LPA is underrated. Roles include Supply Chain Management, Management Consulting, Project Management, and Operations Specialist. With recruiters from the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors showing consistent presence, this is a structurally sound specialisation for candidates with engineering backgrounds targeting operations consulting or SCM.

The honest weakness: Finance and HR trail meaningfully

Finance at ₹25.73 LPA and HR at ₹26.09 LPA are solid numbers by national standards. But the gap versus Marketing (₹3.75 LPA for Finance) matters over a three-to-five year earnings trajectory. More importantly, the role types in SIBM Pune's Finance track (Credit Risk, Wealth Management, Financial Analytics) are not weighted toward the elite IB and PE exits that IIMs and XLRI Jamshedpur generate.

HR at SIBM Pune is respectable. [XLRI Jamshedpur](/colleges/xlri-jamshedpur)'s BM programme is in a structurally different tier for HR careers. Students whose primary goal is HR Business Partner or OD roles at large global firms should weigh that comparison carefully before treating SIBM Pune as a direct substitute.

The Finance and HR averages are also affected by the mix of roles that end up in these tracks. Students who self-select into Finance or HR at SIBM Pune sometimes do so by default rather than by genuine sector conviction, which tends to produce lower placement outcomes. This is a student-choice issue as much as a placement infrastructure one, but the numbers reflect it.

The sector mix and what it signals

Sectors represented in CRP 2025 include Automotive, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG and FMCD, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, IT and ITES, and Manufacturing. Percentage splits are not published in the placement report. The recruiter list and PPO source data suggest FMCG/FMCD and Automotive dominate in terms of named brand presence, which aligns with the strong Marketing and Operations outcomes.

For applicants interested in the BFSI or analytics career path specifically, our analytics MBA guide covers which schools (including SIBM Pune's Data Analytics specialisation) offer the most structured pipeline into those roles.

Corporate competition performance: a real differentiator

National winners in 2024-25 include ACT Fibernet ACTapult, Airtel iCreate, GE Healthcare Think Aloud, Godrej L.O.U.D. Season 13, Greaves Cotton Think Beyond, Kenvue Future Leadership Identification Program, and V-Guard Big Idea. Seven national wins in one year.

Runner-up positions at Flipkart Wired 9.0 and TVS Credit E.P.I.C Season 7, plus national finalists at Asian Paints Canvas, Cummins Redefine, HDFC Life Aspire, Nomura Nav Nirmaan, and UltraTech UltraQuest.

This competition performance directly feeds the PPO pipeline. Companies that run named competitions at SIBM Pune often convert top performers into internship and PPO offers. This is not coincidental. It is the institutional strategy.

Fees, scholarships, and the ROI math

MBA (Flagship) 2026-28: the full cost picture

The brochure-published academic fee is ₹6,55,000 per annum, totalling ₹13,10,000 over two years. That is the headline number. The real Year 1 outflow is larger.

Fee ComponentYear 1 Amount
Academic Fee (per annum)₹6,55,000
Institute Deposit (refundable)₹20,000
Hostel Deposit (refundable)₹20,000
Hostel (3-sharing, per annum)₹1,57,300
Mess (per annum)₹59,800
Year 1 First Installment Total₹9,12,100

The Year 1 second installment is due 25 November 2026, and the Year 2 first installment of ₹7,14,800 is due by 25 June 2027. The ₹40,000 in refundable deposits comes back at programme completion.

Year 2 hostel and mess fees are not pre-fixed. The brochure explicitly states hostel can increase up to 15% and mess up to 10% year-on-year, communicated before Year 2 starts. At maximum increase, Year 2 hostel moves to roughly ₹1,80,895 and mess to roughly ₹65,780, adding approximately ₹29,375 over Year 1 levels. Realistic total outflow across two years, including both academic fees and on-campus living, is approximately ₹21.19 L before government taxes and personal expenses.

Academic fees increased from ₹6,22,500 per annum (2025-27 batch) to ₹6,55,000 (2026-28), a 5.2% increase year-on-year. That trajectory should be factored into any multi-year financial plan.

MBA (I&E): what is known

The MBA (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) variant runs on the same admissions cycle, same SNAP-based selection, and same programme start date of 3 June 2026. Fee details and intake size specific to this programme are not published in the SIBM Pune brochure. Contact admissionsteam@sibmpune.edu.in for programme-specific financials.

Scholarships: the honest picture

Symbiosis Society Foundation scholarships exist for academically meritorious students under SIU's centrally managed policy. The SIBM Pune brochure does not publish specific scholarship amounts or per-programme slab breakdowns. The current scheme details are at siu.edu.in/admissions/scholarship.

This is worth being direct about: unlike some schools where scholarship amounts and eligibility criteria are published upfront, SIBM Pune defers to the SIU-level policy page. If scholarships are a material factor in your financial planning, contact admissionsteam@sibmpune.edu.in or call 020-28116008 before committing. Do not assume a scholarship you cannot verify.

Nine banks offer education loans for SIBM Pune students: Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Corporation Bank, Indian Bank, SBI, Bank of India, IDBI Bank, and ICICI Bank. Direct loan links are on the SIBM Pune website at sibm.edu.

ROI: the math that matters

At ₹28.18 LPA average against a ₹13.10 L academic fee, the academic fee payback is under six months for the typical placed candidate. Even against the all-in estimate of ₹21.19 L (academic plus living), the payback is roughly nine months at the median outcome.

For the top quartile (average ₹33.84 LPA), the payback period against total cost is well under a year. This is one of the cleanest ROI profiles at any private B-school in India.

The caveat is the Finance and HR tail. At ₹25.73 LPA for Finance against ~₹21 L total cost, payback extends to roughly ten months. Still positive, but the margin is narrower. And for students who end up in the lower half of the Finance or HR distribution (roles not disclosed, but plausibly ₹18–22 LPA), the ROI calculus changes materially.

For the full MBA ROI framework, our MBA ROI 2025 post models payback periods across 25 schools including SIBM Pune.

Admissions: the bar, the process, and what actually gets you in

The cutoff reality

SIBM Pune does not publish an official SNAP cutoff. Based on prior cycles and applicant community data, competitive shortlist scores for General category candidates fall approximately in the 92–96 SNAP percentile range. This is not a soft floor. At 92 percentile, shortlisting happens but GE-PI conversion is not guaranteed. At 95+ percentile, the profile has a strong structural advantage.

SC/ST candidates have a standard reservation benefit, and the minimum academic eligibility drops to 45% at graduation level for reserved categories.

What makes SIBM Pune admissions worth understanding carefully: a SNAP score in isolation does not determine the final outcome. The selection is composite across SNAP score + Group Exercise + Personal Interview + academic profile. A candidate at 94 SNAP percentile who performs poorly in GE-PI can lose out to a candidate at 92 percentile with a sharper profile. Both halves of the process are real filters.

The best available SNAP preparation resource, including sectional strategy and mock test frameworks, is the CAT and mock strategy guide (the core reasoning principles apply across SNAP as well). For a dedicated look at the GD and PI stage, our GD topics guide and MBA GD-PI preparation guide are directly applicable.

Accepted exams

SNAP 2025 is the only accepted entrance test. CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, CMAT, and MAT are not accepted. This is non-negotiable.

Candidates who have not registered for SNAP cannot apply to SIBM Pune, regardless of other scores. SNAP registration closed 20 November 2025 for the current cycle, with three test windows on 6 December, 14 December, and 20 December 2025.

Shortlisting weights

The brochure does not publish a formal weights breakdown for shortlisting. Based on the published process, shortlisting from SNAP to GE-PI is based on SNAP scores only. The composite final selection weight (SNAP + GE + PI + academics) is not separately published by SIBM Pune. This is a process transparency gap relative to schools that publish explicit rubrics.

The process steps

Step 1: Register at snaptest.org for SNAP 2025, and separately register at sibm.edu to SIBM Pune (additional ₹1,000 + GST application fee). Note: appearing in SNAP does not automatically register you to SIBM Pune. Both steps are required.

Step 2: SNAP scores released 9 January 2026. SIBM Pune shortlist announced via web-link on 19 January 2026 at 4:00 PM. No individual regret letters are sent to non-shortlisted candidates.

Step 3: Online GE-PI. The entire process is conducted online. Phase I runs 4-8 February 2026, Phase II runs 11-15 February 2026. Candidates must present their SNAP admit card.

Step 4: First merit list published 27 February 2026. Fee payment deadline for first merit list: 14 March 2026. Programme commences 3 June 2026.

The interview reality

The GE-PI at SIBM Pune is conducted fully online, which has been the format since the pandemic and continues by design. There is no in-person impression advantage.

The Group Exercise is a structured group discussion format with typically 6-8 candidates evaluated on articulation clarity, listening behaviour, and quality of contribution rather than volume. Candidates who dominate without listening consistently score below those who make 2-3 high-quality interventions.

The Personal Interview typically runs 15-20 minutes. Standard areas: academic background (especially for engineering graduates, genuine application to business is probed), prior work experience and learnings, why an MBA at this career stage, why SIBM Pune specifically (a generic "Symbiosis has a great reputation" answer does not convert), target sector and post-MBA goal clarity, and one or two current affairs or business case questions depending on the interviewer.

The GE-PI being online is a two-edged point. There is no commute, no venue stress. There is also no environmental signal to the interview panel that you took a flight to show commitment. Preparation discipline and answer clarity are the entire signal.

The campus

Quick answers

Infrastructure

SIBM Pune sits on the Lavale Hilltop campus of Symbiosis International University (SIU), in Mulshi, Pune. The address is a full residential campus in the standard Indian B-school model. Students live, eat, and study on the same grounds. This is not a city-centre building with commuting students.

The campus is shared with other SIU institutes, which creates a larger student community context than a standalone B-school building. The flagship residential infrastructure for MBA students is 3-sharing hostel at ₹1,57,300 per year plus a dedicated mess at ₹59,800 per year, both included in the Year 1 fee structure. The hostel living standard is standard Indian postgraduate residential accommodation. No premium single-occupancy options are detailed in the brochure.

Five annual conclaves run on campus: Genesis 2025 (Product Management), Manthan BFSI Conclave, Manthan Consulting and Strategy Conclave, the newly introduced HR Conclave, and Senate 2026 (Flagship Management Conclave, themed "The Autonomous Enterprise"). These are not purely internal events. Corporate speakers are invited, and conclave performance is observed by recruiters.

Faculty composition

Dr. Shrirang Altekar is the current Director of SIBM Pune. The brochure does not publish a faculty count, visiting faculty programme details, or individual faculty profiles. This is a meaningful transparency gap relative to schools like GLIM Chennai or MDI Gurgaon, which publish faculty bios, international visiting faculty names, and Advisory Council compositions.

What is verifiable: SIBM Pune has been operating since 1978, making it a 47-year-old institution as of 2025. Faculty continuity and institutional knowledge across that tenure is a reasonable structural inference, but prospective applicants wanting specific faculty credentials before admission will need to request details directly from admissionsteam@sibmpune.edu.in.

Global exposure pathways

Symbiosis International University is a Deemed University with 85 countries represented across its student community. The Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE) manages international student admissions centrally. SIBM Pune specifically does not publish a named student exchange programme list or international immersion module list in its brochure.

International students (Foreign Nationals, PIOs, OCIs, NRIs) apply via SCIE at intadmissions@symbiosis.ac.in or +91 20 25671905. Up to 15% of seats above intake are reserved for international students supernumerarily.

The location reality

Lavale is a hilltop setting. That description is accurate and consequential. The campus is approximately 25-30 km from Pune city centre via the Paud Road corridor, with practical travel time of 45-60 minutes in normal traffic.

This is a genuinely residential environment. Students do not commute to class. Weekend city access exists but requires planning. The practical effect for most students is that social and professional life is campus-centred across the 2-year programme.

For candidates who want regular access to Pune's IT corridor (Hinjewadi is approximately 10-15 km away) or Pune city's startup and financial services ecosystem, the Lavale location is manageable but not seamless. The residential intensity is consistently rated highly by students in retrospect: the batch cohesion and peer quality at SIBM Pune are structural products of the closed residential environment.

The alumni network

SIBM Pune was established in 1978, which gives it a 47-year alumni base, among the deepest at any private B-school in India. The Symbiosis network is extensive across Indian corporates, particularly in Pune's manufacturing and automotive sector ecosystem and across FMCG, Consulting, and BFSI nationally.

The honest framing: specific notable alumni names are not published in the SIBM Pune brochure or CRP 2025 placement report. The source data explicitly notes this. Named alumni with batch years and current roles are not available from the verified data set, and this review will not invent them.

What can be stated: a 47-year-old programme with a 240-student annual intake has produced roughly 10,000+ MBA alumni across batches. The Symbiosis Society network is an active ecosystem across multiple campuses, not a single-school alumni database. For current alumni directory access, alumni@sibmpune.edu.in or the SIBM Pune website are the right starting points.

The alumni network's geographic concentration is Pune and Mumbai, with meaningful density in Delhi NCR and Bangalore. The FMCG, Automotive, and BFSI sectors are where alumni depth is highest, reflecting the consistent placement patterns over multiple decades.

The honest cons

1. SNAP-only entry is a genuine constraint

There is no workaround. CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, and every other entrance score are not accepted. If your test strategy is CAT-primary (as most serious MBA aspirants' is), you must separately plan and prepare for SNAP to access SIBM Pune. SNAP's structure (60 minutes, 60 questions, no negative marking for non-MCQs) requires specific preparation that is different from CAT.

Additionally, the ₹1,000 + GST separate application fee to SIBM Pune, on top of the SNAP registration cost, is a minor but real extra step that is easy to miss.

If SNAP does not go well in a given cycle, SIBM Pune is completely closed regardless of any other test performance. The single-test funnel reduces optionality in a way that is worth planning around explicitly. The MBA admissions process guide for 2026 covers multi-test strategies.

2. Specialisation-wise outcomes are materially unequal

₹3.75 LPA separates Marketing from Finance in the 2024-26 batch. Over a two-year salary differential, that is roughly ₹7.5 L in cumulative earnings difference in the first post-MBA year alone. Students who enter Finance by default rather than by conviction are making a meaningful financial trade-off without necessarily recognising it.

The HR specialisation at ₹26.09 LPA is a reasonable outcome nationally, but students specifically targeting HR as a career path should benchmark SIBM Pune's HR placement record against XLRI Jamshedpur's BM programme before choosing. The gap in both outcome quality and HR-specific brand recognition is real. Our XLRI guide covers that comparison directly.

3. Year 2 costs are not fully pre-disclosed

The hostel increase of up to 15% and mess increase of up to 10% are communicated before Year 2 starts, not before Year 1 admission. This is a financial planning gap. The amounts in question (approximately ₹29,000-35,000 in additional hostel and mess cost) are not enormous, but the structural opacity about a committed expense is worth noting. Plan conservatively: assume ₹4.5 to 5 L in total living costs across both years.

SIBM Pune vs the real alternatives

vs [IIM Indore](/colleges/iim-indore) / [IIM Kozhikode](/colleges/iim-kozhikode)

At 97+ percentile CAT, the old IIMs and the better new IIMs (Indore, Kozhikode, Lucknow) win on brand recognition, alumni network depth, and average CTC (typically ₹26-35 LPA range depending on the IIM). The decision at that percentile band is straightforward. Our [IIM Lucknow vs Kozhikode vs Indore comparison](/blog/iim-lucknow-kozhikode-indore-comparison-2025) covers the nuances at that level.

At 92-96 SNAP percentile (which is SIBM Pune's effective band), candidates are typically not accessing IIM Indore or IIM Kozhikode via CAT. The comparison is relevant primarily for candidates who are taking both tests. SIBM Pune's ₹28.18 LPA average competes respectably against the newer IIMs (₹22-26 LPA range), at lower fees and a stronger PPO ecosystem. For the FMCG and conglomerate PPO pathway specifically, SIBM Pune's structural advantage over new IIMs is real.

vs [NMIMS Mumbai](/colleges/nmims-mumbai)

NMIMS Mumbai accepts CAT/XAT/NMAT and is a strong FMCG and Marketing school in its own right. Average CTC is comparable. The key difference: NMIMS accepts NMAT, which is a broader test funnel. SIBM Pune's PPO pipeline via named leadership programmes (GALLOP, KITES, STAMP, YLP) is structurally richer than NMIMS's equivalent. NMIMS Mumbai's city location gives it advantages in spontaneous networking and recruiter access.

Choose NMIMS Mumbai if you want city-centre access and broader test optionality. Choose SIBM Pune if you are SNAP-first and specifically targeting the conglomerate PPO pipeline. Our top MBA colleges Mumbai post covers NMIMS in context with other Mumbai options.

vs [SPJIMR Mumbai](/colleges/spjimr-mumbai)

SPJIMR is a materially stronger brand for Marketing and General Management, with a higher average CTC and deeper alumni penetration in FMCG. SPJIMR uses CAT/XAT/GMAT and has a more selective profile overall. For candidates who can access SPJIMR (CAT 97+ percentile competitive), it is a better destination for Marketing careers.

For candidates at the 92-96 percentile SNAP band who cannot access SPJIMR, SIBM Pune is the relevant comparison and it competes well on PPO quality and placement breadth.

vs MDI Gurgaon

MDI Gurgaon uses CAT and has stronger north India alumni density, better brand recognition in Delhi NCR FMCG and consulting markets, and a campus closer to national corporate headquarters. The best MBA colleges Delhi NCR post covers MDI's advantages in that geography.

MDI's average CTC is higher. But MDI requires CAT. If your score makes MDI accessible, the decision is tilted in MDI's favour for north India careers. If you are SNAP-primary, MDI is simply not accessible, and the comparison is theoretical.

Who should apply

Consider SIBM Pune seriously if:

  • Your SNAP score is at or above 92 percentile (General category) and you have not yet crossed the bar for top IIMs via CAT.
  • You are targeting Marketing (Consumer Marketing, Product Management, FMCG brand) or Operations and SCM roles. These are SIBM Pune's strongest placement clusters.
  • You are specifically prioritising the PPO conversion route via flagship corporate programmes. The Accenture TAP, Airtel YLP, Godrej GALLOP, ITC KITES, and Marico STAMP pipelines are some of the best-structured pre-placement opportunities at any non-IIM school.
  • You have an engineering or science background (52% of the 2024-26 batch). The discipline fits naturally into Operations, Analytics, and
