But watching peers land McKinsey or Goldman shortlists while yours are pending tests your composure. The students who handle SIP best are those who commit to a primary track early (consulting, finance, or product) rather than spreading prep thin across all three.

IIM Lucknow and IIM Kozhikode report comparable intensity, though the volume of Day 0 and Day 1 marquee slots is smaller. This is hard, and pretending the gap does not exist does students a disservice.
