JAP 2026 requires original academic, reservation, work-experience, and professional certificates on PI day - miss even one and you get disqualified from the interview process. Required originals include: 10th and 12th marksheets and certificates, graduation marksheets (all semesters) and provisional/degree certificate, caste/EWS/PwD certificate (latest format, valid date), work experience letters with joining and relieving dates, salary slips and Form 16, professional qualifications (CA, CFA, CS) if claimed. Photocopies alone are insufficient - originals must be physically present and verified.
For final-year students, provisional certificates or college-issued letters confirming expected completion by June 30, 2026 work, but keep all semester marksheets till date. OBC-NCL certificates must be in the central government format on latest financial year - state format gets rejected. PwD candidates need a valid Unique Disability Identification card plus benchmark disability certification under the 2016 Act.
At the four JAP IIMs (Kashipur Rs 14L fees, Raipur, Ranchi Rs 14L fees Rs 17 LPA, Trichy), this document check happens before you enter the interview room - candidates without originals get sent home. Do a document checklist 72 hours before PI, carry a document folder with labeled sections, have photocopies of everything in a separate folder for submission. If you claim national-level achievements for profile enhancement, carry the original merit certificate - claims without proof get struck off your profile.
Document fraud leads to expulsion even post-admission. Check your eligibility at collvera.
